Karlene Punancy, Esq.
Mrs. Punancy is an experienced and effective immigration attorney. She has Twenty- five (25) years expertise and experience in processing every kind of visa available. Serving the community of Coral Gables and Miami.
From Eb-5, L, R, O, P, H to professional visas as well as family petitions, U.S. citizenship, and defense work on behalf of individuals and families before the U.S. immigration courts. She has extensive experience with working with the Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world, United States Immigration and Citizenship Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Chief Counsel’s Office- Department of Homeland Security (Trial Attorney’s Office), Office of Immigration Judge, as well as the Immigration Detention Centers.
Her clients range from large, medium, and small size corporations and partnerships, to large international organizations, school boards, teachers, students, pastors and priests, athletes, coaches, employees of international corporations, actors, singers, artists, scientists, musicians, engineers, doctors, professors, and anyone who would like to gain legal entry into the United States, with the purpose of either becoming a U.S. citizen, or gaining permission to live and work legally in the United States.

Edmund Cosentino, Esq.
Mr. Cosentino has worked in the field of immigration for 23 years. He has specialized in representing his clientele through the court system, in cases ranging from asylum-based cases, to cancellation of removal cases. He has fought for clients throughout Florida, and to keep them from being deported and separated from their families.
Mr. Cosentino has an M.B.A. in Finance, six years experience in banking and investments, and is effective at creating business plans for the Eb-5 client that is readable, carefully researched and detailed, and supports the purpose of the EB-5 application: to justify investment of at least $500,000, while generating at least 10 new jobs.
Mr. Cosentino is also a seminar speaker, and author of five books on immigration alongside his wife, Karlene. These books have been used by students for nearly 25 years, and have been highly rated. He supports the rights of immigrants to enter the United States legally, and writes about showing compassion for those living here illegally. His latest book is entitled: The New Faces of America.
